Raspberry Oatmeal

Raspberry Oatmeal
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk or soy milk (non-dairy)
- 1/2 tsp salt (sea or himalayan)
- In a high speed bender add the water and raspberries and blend. Put on the side.
- In a saucepan bring water to boil, at medium heat, add the salt and oats low the heat, cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir and let the cook for 3 more minutes.
- Mix the blend ingredients with the hot oatmeal and maple syrup.
