How to make Dr. Brooke Goldner and Thomas Tadlock’s hyper nourishing green smoothie

You will need a high-powered blender and the following ingredients:

  • 1 lb power greens (mix of kale, spinach, chard etc)
  • Handful of flaxseeds (or chia seeds)
  • 30-40 oz water (to the level of the greens)
  • Fill the rest with bananas, mangoes and pineapple to taste

If you don’t have a high-powered blender you can still take part by making a green salad instead.
