Raspberry Overnight Chia-Oats
Raspberry Overnight Chia-Oats
Overnight Chia Oats are so simple to make. You can be creative and have fun by adding different flavors and textures. Choose your favorite fruit, granola, yogurt, nut butter, and other ingredients.
We like to make ours depending what we have on hand, or experimenting so you are not eating the same flavors every time.
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds (raw)
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk (non-dairy)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 whole kiwi (peeled/chopped)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/4 cup amaranth (puffed)
- To a mason jar or small bowl, add almond milk, chia seeds, half of the raspberries, and maple syrup and stir with a spoon to combine.
- Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day open the Mason jar, and in another clean jar or glass add a layer of granola, then a layer of overnight mix, then amaranth with some chopped kiwi and raspberries, other layer of chia and topped with more granola and fresh fruit.
- We like to make layers so that way is easier to get all the flavors and textures, but it is optional.
