Overnight Mango Chia-Oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk (non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup fresh mango
  • 1/3 cup fresh mango (topping)
  • 1 tbsp granola

To a mason jar or small bowl

  1. add almond milk
  2. chia seeds
  3. oats
  4. 1/3 cup of mango
  5. maple syrup
  6. stir with a spoon to combine

Assembly

  1. cover with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight
  2. the next day open the Mason jar
  3. in another clean jar or glass mix everything again
  4. top with fresh mango and granola
  5. enjoy

Note. You can add more maple syrup if you prefer sweeter
