Overnight Mango Chia-Oats
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk (non-dairy)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup fresh mango
- 1/3 cup fresh mango (topping)
- 1 tbsp granola
To a mason jar or small bowl
- add almond milk
- chia seeds
- oats
- 1/3 cup of mango
- maple syrup
- stir with a spoon to combine
Assembly
- cover with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight
- the next day open the Mason jar
- in another clean jar or glass mix everything again
- top with fresh mango and granola
- enjoy
Note. You can add more maple syrup if you prefer sweeter
