Easy and versatile egg-less tofu hollandaise sauce.
- 1 cup silken tofu
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp salt (sea or pink)
- Microwave silken tofu for 30 seconds.
- Place silken tofu and remaining ingredients in blender until silky smooth.
