Easy and versatile egg-less tofu hollandaise sauce.

  • 1 cup silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt (sea or pink)
  1. Microwave silken tofu for 30 seconds.
  2. Place silken tofu and remaining ingredients in blender until silky smooth.
