Who doesn’t like Caesar Salad? It is one of the most popular salads that everyone eats and served in restaurants. It is so simple and has so many levels of flavor. Sometimes we eat salads because we want to eat something healthy, refreshing, and light, but the big problem arises when we add the dressing. Most of the times we use unhealthy and fatty dressings. One of the reasons why we created a healthy and flavorful version of Caesar salad dressing so you can enjoy a full helping of healthy salad. Top it with oven-baked crispy croutons with your favorite whole wheat bread.
- 1/2-1 head lettuce
- 1-2 slices whole wheat bread (diced then baked)
- 1-2 tsp capers (rinsed)
- Place the lettuce in a large bowl along with whole wheat croutons and capers and toss with the caesar dressing. Serve
